Our current pricing table is displayed below. Currently we offer 3 NISA packages — Basic, Wi-Fi and Full. They differ by amounts of supported features. For your convenience supported features are marked with "+" in provided pricing table.

All packages include 2 weeks of free support period after installation.
Support terms
Each support package includes:
- Initial NISA training tutorial
- Gateways/switches/routers integration and settings consulting
- Billing scenarios realization help
- Live Chat Support in working hours (10am-6pm in GMT+02)
- 24/7 E-mail user support
- Free of charge minor build upgrades by customer's request.
Product upgrades
Upgrades between NISA packages requires a payment of difference between package prices (for example, NISA Basic -> NISA Wi-Fi, payment required: 3600EUR - 2400EUR = 1200EUR). Also, support package price and/or term will be recalculated to match new NISA package conditions.
Upgrades between release versions is a payed procedure and requires an inquiry to JeraSoft (price depends on nature of upgrade and is discussed with each customer individually).
