How to Buy: Development Policy

This is the Policy for Custom Developments. It defines main terms and regulations for all extra ordered development. Please read it carefully before proceeding with your order.

Public Feature

Since a feature you are ordering might be useful for public and included to next software releases, there are two options of your custom implementation:

In both cases, your ordered custom feature will be developed and included in future software releases. If your ordered feature will be in high demand after deployment, it can be updated, polished and improved in later software releases, that certainly brings you numerous benefits.

Private Feature

If the feature you are ordering, required and can be applied only for your business and no one else might be interested in this implementation, you can still get your feature developed. This service requires additional fee. We charge on an hourly basis, meaning you pay for our services at our agreed hourly rates. In this case time slots are confirmed separately and are subject to availability.

Private Features are also subject for extra support fee, which is discussed individually and depends on complexity of the feature. This fee will be added to your Basic or Premium Support package fee.

Payment and Development Conditions

Guarantee and Acceptance

Ordered custom development will be provided to a customer upon completion in accordance with agreed delivery schedule. Within a period of 30 calendar days from the delivery of the development, a customer should inspect, test and evaluate it to determine whether the implementation satisfies acceptance criteria in accordance with agreed development plan.

If the custom development does not satisfy the acceptance criteria, a customer shall give a written notice stating why the development is unacceptable.

If a customer does not give written notice within 30-days inspection, testing and evaluating period or any extension of that period, that the development does not satisfy the acceptance criteria, a customer shall be deemed to have accepted the development upon expiration of such period.

If a customer give a written notice after 30 days of the development delivery that the development does not satisfy the acceptance criteria, that shall be considered as a new custom development order and requires additional fee.

By placing an order for feature implementation, you indicate that you have read this Policy for Custom Developments and that you agree with and fully accept its terms and conditions.
