This section covers common set of terms and policies for main aspects such as purchase, refunds and upgrade of the license.
JeraSoft VCS License is perpetual, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software. Lifetime license is issued after receive of full license fee. Until that time (if your payment has been splited into few parts) your license will be time-limited till next scheduled date of the payment.
You may not rent, lease, lend, or in any way distribute or transfer any rights for the Software Product to third parties without JeraSoft's written approval and subject to written agreement by the recipient of the terms.
Upgrade of JeraSoft VCS License requires a payment of difference between licenses' prices (for example, Small -> Medium, payment required: 7525 EUR - 3225 EUR = 4300 EUR). Also, support package price and/or term will be recalculated to match new JeraSoft VCS license conditions.
Upgrade of JeraSoft VCS Version (for example from 2.7.0 to 3.0.0) is free for owners of Premium Support package. If you do not have active Premium Support package and need to upgrade your JeraSoft VCS, you'll have to purchase at least the smallest Premium Support package.
Upgrade of JeraSoft VCS Support Package is possible from Basic to Premium. In this case you need to purchase full 6-month Premium Support package, and leftover of your current Basic Support package will be recalculated as extra-days to Premium one.
Our software solutions are available for purchase as fully-functional products, on try-before-buy terms. We provide free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision. Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license.
During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via email or Ticketing System. We strongly recommend that all customers test the trial version of our product prior to making a purchase.
If you purchase JeraSoft VCS and/or Modules, after your payment has cleared you'll be assigned an unique license number. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your licensed version of our software.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for our software products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
