The educational and training program is divided into three levels: "Overview and Basics", "Advanced and Maintenance" and "Suite Modules". Also you have an opportunity to order a custom-tailored training session.

Overview and Basics (6 hours session)

• Business Models Overview — wholesale, retail, calling cards, etc
• Web Interface Overview — information, usage
• System Configuration — settings, gateways, notifications
• Customers and Vendors — gateways, billing, accounting
• Rates Management — import procedure, bulk processing
• Statistics and Reports — summary, detailed, rerating

Advanced and Maintenance (6 hours session)

• Accounting and Invoicing — invoicing, auto-invoicing, mutual settlements
• Advanced Statistics — profitability, LCR Lists, archive management
• Resellers and Partitioning — resellers, accounting, multi level billing
• Quality Monitoring — factors watcher, notifications
• Permissions Configuration — users, roles
• Maintenance and Integration — tasks scheduling, system monitoring

Suite Modules (6 hours session)

• Dynamic Routing — routing plans, analysis, policies
• Rates Management — rates generation, analysis
• Retail Services — calling cards, call shops, packages
• Payments Processing — payment gateways, top-up cards

Training sessions take place at customer's location and require additional payment. The cost is 800 EUR per day. Full training program usually takes 3 business days. Transportation and accommodation expenses have to be paid additionally.
